July 28, 2013, 02:05:55 AMLoving the hack for the 50d - all glories to those who have developed it! For some reason in different shots in this vid I am getting strong cyan and pinky color coming through. Perhaps it is my camera?

Share Your Videos / First experiment with Canon 50D raw and Davinci resolve

1. Raw video from the hacked Canon 50D with Magic Lantern - http://www.magiclantern.fm/
2. Transcoding the raw files from the compact flash card into the cineform format with Rawanizer :http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=5557.0 that is linked to the cineform decoder : http://cineform.com/gopro-cineform-decoder ...(at an amazing 10:1 compression)
3.Easily editing in Sony Vegas 12 without file issues
4.Exporting the edited project out into xml.
5.Importing the xml file into Davinci Resolve 9 lite (free professional color correction software) : http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve
6.Rendering out in Davinci Resolve for the finished file.
