Does anyone have any ideas on how to have both an external monitor as well as the LCD screen displaying an image? Is there perhaps a ML setting, or any other ideas?

Which settings are best for the increase in Bit Rate? I recently shot a project at 1.3x on a 60D and noticed a bit of "over-sharpening" in post. What setting is better than standard, but doesn't produce this effect? Or am I missing something?

Also, through Premiere CS5.5, what are the best export settings? MPEG and H.264 export settings have not been yielding the best looking final product.

Any suggestions?

I have a 60D with the new 2.3 release, and when I attach an external monitor from A/V out, I'm not getting a picture. However when I restart the camera without ML, I get an image. Is there a setting somewhere that I seem to be missing?
