I just got my 128gb Lexar 1066X card and it's the fastest card I own, besting the 64gb 1000X Lexar and Komputerbay cards. Knocks the pants off my 128gb 1000X Transcend card too.

This looked like a legit Hollywood production. Loved the grade and how clean the blacks were. Great job.

Would be awesome to record Prores files to an external recorder while recording raw video to the CF card when needed. Say when you're filming a wedding ceremony, you could record the entire event in Prores and record the key moments (vows, rings, kiss) in raw. Do you think this will eventually be possible? Can you start and stop the raw recording while still recording a clean HDMI feed?

Transcend 1000X 128GB - 85-90MB/s, consistently 10-15MB/s faster than my fastest Komputerbay 1000x 128GB cards, which topped out around 74-75MB/s. My Lexar 1000x 64GB card is still my fastest card clocking in at 97-102MB/s.

I did not ask for DNGs or for comparison between builds; I've asked for raw files that show banding.

Jason that's just stock standard FPN, the 28th shots are a bit noisier because they're a bit more underexposed. I don't see any of the stripes/banding in those shots. Set the luma denoising slider to 50 in ACR and like magic it disappears.

Well I'm not really understanding why the exposures should be any different, identical settings, identical controlled lighting. The 28th build clearly is worse and I cannot record more than 70 frames with it for some reason.

Banding is present on the May 28th build. Also, not sure why I can only record 50 frames or so until it frame skips with the May28th build, which wasn't even usable.

I just got my Komputerbay 64 GB and I figured I might as well post my benchmarks as well.

I'm pretty disappointed, I can only record 1920 x 1080 for about 135 frames until I get frame skipping.

I got it on eBay if it makes a difference.

Why would you send that card back? My 64GB 1000x Lexar is slower than what you posted. That should be plenty of speed to shoot continuous 1920 x 1080. I have no issues at 1920 x 1080 with my slower performing card so I'm not sure what's going on with yours.

May 22nd build seems to be working really well for me. No vertical lines showing up and using ISO multiples of 100 seems to help make for a clean image. Using a 128GB 1000x Komputerbay card that benchmarked around 75MB/s to record 1920 x 900. Exported with a 2.39 aspect ratio at 1920 x 800. Looking forward to future developments and a completely rock-solid release.

Ordered a 128GB 1000x Transcend CF card to test. Hopefully it's faster than my Komputerbay. 

I ordered 6 128GB 1000x Komputerbay cards to pick out the fastest of the lot. All of them were pretty similar hovering around 71MB/s. Fastest one topped out a little over 75MB/s. My 64GB 1000x Lexar absolutely blows it out of the water hovering around 95 MB/s. I ordered a 128GB 1000x Transcend card so I'll report back with the results. Right now it looks like the 64GB cards are the way to go. I like to use the 128GB cards to edit off of with my USB 3 card reader. Saves space that I don't have to use with my Macbook Pro Retina or external.
