ML menu or canon menu?

hello,
Suddenly I have a problem.
When I press the shutter button halfway, the focus lens does not work.

Only when I press the button the AF lock button + shutter button its work.

i have ML installed .

I deleted and re-installed, but the problem continues.
Even without ML, it does not work
