Debug tab -> Benchmarks -> Card R/W benchmark (5 min)
Compare fastest write speed with the numbers required for the settings you used and card's specification.
A file BENCH0.PPM will be found on card's root containing a screen snapshot if benchmark terminated without error.

BTW: "I followed all the settings" is ringing the alarm bell. You haven't by any chance loaded and activated RAW_REC and MLV_REC together?

Canon's H.264 implementation = Stretched from liveview resolution, compressed, noise reduction added, sharpened, 8 bit colour depth, IPB instead of ALL-I (not all cams). And no control how it is done for most of above.
MLV/RAW = RAW, simply RAW with liveview resolution or cropped. With all shortcomings. But RAW. Insane data rates. But RAW. Every frame in RAW.

Not quite 88. Rounding differs by less than 2 percent.

And do some web search for "Alpha". There is no such thing as "solid alpha". It's a contradiction.

It doesn't make that much sense to compare card benchmarks taken with Global Draw ON with another card's benchmark with GD OFF.
