60D hd resulution - not full hd ?

Is it possible to get just hd resolution 1280x720/25 frames - not 50 frames - just save some sparce on the sd card when hd is okey ?

What about FPS override? But i bet audio will not work with it.
Too many Canon cameras.
If you have a dead R or RP mainboard (e.g. after camera repair) and want to donate for experiments, I'll cover shipping costs.
