I am a prof photographer using a Canon eos 1 Mark 3 and 650d
is there a version of Ml for those camera`s?

There isn't any ML version for 1D series, but the 650D port is in progress (although still in early stages). Stay tuned for more details

It is not safe to use any of the Magic Lantern on my cameras.
Is there going to be one for the d1?

or is there a substitude for the d1?

No, we are not planning to support 1D series camera.
