Delete ML directory, *.FIR and autoexec.bin from card and copy extracted nightly build contents to card.

It's a nightly build and Bulb Ramping is not available. Use search.

Taking a vid will show you console messages in replay.

Devs compare porting ML to translating a pile of egypt glyphs and a big one.
EDIT: "A" video? You are kidding, right? You may start here:

Just imagine every port taking several hundert hours. Image the price tag and spend your bucks on a camera supporting ML.

You think my camera warm up like this on stable build?

Yes, it does. You may add more data to verify dmilligan's findings: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=9673.0

May purchasing a cam help speed up process of porting ML? Hell, no!
Do you have a spare ARM developer in your attic? Yes!
#5763
If you can access ML menu ML is still installed.
Remove card, restore cam settings to factory default (including C.Fn) and retry (without card).

Happens on different cards?

Good to know that posting a small technical advice without taking any personal risk and very, very little effort nowadays constitutes heroism.

Format card in cam. Insert card into cardreader. Use EOScard (Windows) or MacBoot (OS X) or Make_bootable.sh (OS X, Linux) to make card bootable. Wipe files and directories from card. Copy extracted ML files over.

General Help Q&A / Re: Develop a module

The problem is he only wants 2 EV steps between 1/2 s and 1/2000 s. Between 2 s and 1/2 s he wants 1 EV and then there is an even more odd step from 3.2 to 2 s.
No idea what's behind and no idea why he's not just using 1 EV stepping and throwing away all those not fitting his needs.

Run EOS Utility.

You will see. Please take a vid during installation (Lexan shielding recommended) and put it on youtube. If no Lexan around you may ask a local school if you may use their chem lab.

Stable is considered to be outdated. Unsupported for years without most recent features (Dual-ISO, RAW video, Full Resolution Silent Pic and others). And best of all: There is no stable v2.3 for 6D.

See rbrune's calculator. Card is good for about 9 MByte/s in write operation. Use this number in field "Set bandwidth" and calculator will adjust frame for continuous recording.
