Hello there,
I am recording sports right now at 60fps with the 180 degree rule of 1/120 shutter,
ISO im normally at 160 and (aperture f/5.6 or 8.)

I would like to know if shutting at 60fps too but moving to (1/480 shutter) to get less motion blur and ISO 1250 with low aperture like 2.8 or 6. For example during the day a sport like motocross when the rider is passing by its hard to read the number on the side of his helmet because of motion blur, but if there is a way to see that number better.. I would love to get your opinion about this..

I don't have fast moving objects to test on buy 60fps is a good start if you don't mind the quality loss. Try a few different shutter speeds.

this seems to be okay with me, what do you guys think?
