im having a nightmare just cant get it to work it records in raw for 2 seconds and then says there is a bug and stops. ive tried firmware 1.2.3 and 1.1.3 just dont know what to do

Question is: What do you want to do?

Do you want to run 1.1.3 or 1.2.3?
And which card are you using and which setting for RAW recording?

i dont know i need advice im totally new to it all i used 1.2.3 and installed ML but it would record in raw said something about a bug 9? the card i have in is a 32gb san disk extreme card sd card

i'll be happy with any firmware or version as long as i can start recording some raw footage. its not easy for someone strarting out is it! ha sorry to be a pain

Install firmware 1.2.3, download latest nightly for 1.2.3, format card in PC (cardreader), format card in cam, use cardreader to unzip contents to card (ML directory, *.FIR, AUTOEXEC.BIN) to card, insert card to cam, startup.

Try recording at a reduced resolution, and/or, frame rate.

If you're using a Mark III why are you not recording to the CF card?

Was there ever an issue having the firmware booting with sd cards greater than 16gb? At least a friend of mine experinced this trying a 32 gb card then switched to 16gb and working
