I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread as the sticky halmfshutter already is a feature implemented in Magic Lantern.
I use my 700D to livestream some stuff via my MacBook. With ML I get everything I need like clean HDMI out and so on. The only thing that's missing is the sticky halfshutter which prevents live view from turning off after 30 minutes of not touching the camera. This is a problem for me and I would like to know if it's just impossible for the 650D and 700D as every other camera has this ability and these two are out for quite a while, or no one really cared about it yet.
I would love to see one of you amazing developers here to dig into this!
