Audio to metadata clip markers?

Would it be possible to before each clip starts, during like a four second warm up, you can yell the slate (scene, cut, camera, take), have that audio be transposed in to metadata, that in post you can search for?

I dunno I just thought it would be a nice way to ad use to the mic besides scratch audio.

Are you asking for in camera speech recognition? That is extremely hard and would be almost impossible to do in camera.
