i am getting the message "movie recording stopped automagically"

what is the write limitation of the 70D, so i can determine the highest or maximum resolution for shooting?

I'd like to get 1920x1080, but if not that, i'd like to push to the limit that the camera can write.

if i'm not asking this question in the right (sub)forum, could you please tell me where i should post this?

i have several 32GB cards - all are rated at 45B/s (encircled 10 on the card). i have a 64GB card that also has an encircled 10, but also a 1 in a U. i imagine this card is also 45MB/s.

so, is the issue the write limitation of the camera or perhaps, the cards i have aren't fast enough? penny for your thoughts...

thanks,

You may use the R/W speed benchmark that comes with the magic lantern.

And use Google, too. Those markings on SD-cards are pretty well documented.
For "real life" numbers lookup sites like www.cameramemoryspeed.com or any other site using tools like CrystalDiskMark, ATTO ...
