Loading Canon Menu with ML on card - 60d

I was told that in t2i, if you hold set button while switching on, it will load Canon Menu and not Magic Lantern.  Can we do it on 60d also?  How?

And one more thing; can I use the SD card (with ML) for general purpose on my Nikon (not for using ML features, of course)?
