Canon 550D issues installing

I need help! I have now tried installing ML over and over again and reinstalling software. Nothing works! When i try to install ML it says i need to reinstall software 109, but that is the one i have, but me being me I of course tried to download and reinstall software 109. When i do this it says that it cant find the file and that i need to check my memory card. I have tried everything and used several hours on this and I am getting pretty darn tired. If you guys have skype and know how to solve mye issue(if you know what im dealing with) please do contact me at "bigteddy16" on skype or just write down below. I am desperate for ML and I really want this to work.

I had exactly same issue in my 550D installation with magic lantern. Though it was loaded with latest canon firmware but still I was unable to run magic lantern. Just search for my query in forum. You will find the answer.
