Today I delivered one of my first works. considerations and some help request

The past week I covered a live event with my 7D and also I did an interview, it have been a long work because I have been al those days in front of my monitor LCD, days and nights, like a long journey. those are my first works....

now that I have delivered my works to the man who asked me it I'm returned at home, I feel really tired, it's like if in those past days of work I couldn't see my fatigue and now it comes all together.

how many hours do you work in edit? how do you crop the portion of time to have a balance time for yourself?
