t5i/700d Missing Half shutter sticky option in config menu for liveview

I have looked everywhere for it, looked throughout the manual, forum and even asked in IRC but I cant find where I can make the half shutter sticky to keep live view from stopping after 30 minutes. Is this feature not implemented in the 700d firmware?
