Is there a question that you want to ask to go along with your post?

yasinvfx

Why is composed of 16 fps video?
Do I need to make an extra setting?
How can I be normal video?

Walter Schulz

You may be want to go bilingual: Repeat your questions in your native language.

yasinvfx

Sorry. I don't speak English. ((I know very little))

How can I capture my video at normal speed ?

My RAW VIDEO, why like 16 FPS?

Walter Schulz

I know you don't know! ;-)
I suppose you're using automatic translation. This is - most of the time - hard to understand.
So: Please use your native language + automatic translation. Both!

Example:
Ich habe mal eine Frage über das Dynamikverhalten bei ML: ...

I have a question about the dynamic behavior in ML: ...

Turkish
çektiğim videolar neden hızlı ?  Videoları normal hızında nasıl çekebilirim ? Neden atlama oluyor ? Çözünürlüğü düşürdüm CF kartın hızı belki yetmiyordur diye, ama faydası olmadı..

English
Why I recorded a quick video? How do I take videos at normal speed? Why jump is going on? I lower the resolution of the CF card speed, maybe he does not feed, but to no avail ..

What editor are you using? It's probably not picking up the correct FPS automatically and defaulting to 30fps or something. You may have to manually tell it to interpret the footage as 24fps. For example, in After Effects you have to right click the clip and go to Interpret > Main and then enter the correct FPS.
