Canon 700D (T5i) with ML better than Sony RX10 ???

Hello everyone,

I am really interested in using ML with a Canon Camera. I am planing to record videos in our Gym in the future.
The light conditions are not really good and I also want to use a LED-Camera-Light.

My Questions:

Is the Video Quality of the Canon with ML (Higher Bitrate, Maybe Raw etc...) Better than a Sony RX10 ?
