Long Term Time-lapse using 24hr clock

I specialise in longterm construction projects and use Canons with a programmable contoller in a solar powered waterproof enclosure. Just wanting to know if you can have ML say...start shooting from 7:00 at 5 minute intervals for a 12hr duration every day(stopping at 19:00 hrs). I.E. only shoot during daylight hours. and keep doing this until the card is full or swapped out?
Should be doable with the cameras 24hr clock etc.

İnteresting point. I am doing long term shootings as you want but with a pc controlled hdhero.
