What kind of camera are you shooting with and will you be shooting RAW or H.264? The settings will depend on the look you're going for and the gear you have with you, along with the conditions of the room. The question is a little vague and hard to give a direct answer because not everyone has the same setup or is looking to obtain the same look.

I have a Canon T3i
I prefer to shoot RAW.

Currently I am shooting with the standard 18-55mm lens.

I have two lights (LED bulbs) setup, one as a key light and other as a fill light.

The video is coming out too "warm" which I dont mind as much. However, what bugs me the most is it not very sharp and just doesnt seem natural and crisp.

I hope that gives enough background info on this, if you need any other info, please let me know

Thank you

Hi  :)
How are you processing the Raw files ?
What your workflow?
Adobe , Resolve, FCPX, etc. ...
What is your raw setting, ISO etc. ...

I just finish a dentistry 6 person testimonial in the dentist office.
with 2, 4ft by 4ft. softboxes, with about 1200 watts incandescent power(fluorescent lights @5000K) .
on a 5D mark 2, @ 1872x930 23.976 .I know you are on a t3i, but basically
the some setup.
The images in some cases was too Sharp and i had to Soften in Post.
