Converting Raw footage to DNG on windows

Hi guys, I've been trying to find an efficient workflow for pc users, and I keep hitting dead ends because all of the Raw to DNG apps are for mac!! Can someone either direct me to the right place, or tell me how to do it?

I'm using windows 7, ML with the 5D MK III, and edit in AE/Premiere pro
