Recording to CF

Hey Guys, Just installed Magic Lantern on my 5Dmk3, using the oct 31 build. I have the 64gb Komputer Bay card.

Whenever I try to record it only wants to record to the SD card, which is obviously to slow. Under card setting I have set it to Prefer the CF on start up, but it still goes straight to the SD.

Any Idea's?

If the camera does not recognize the CF card then it will switch to SD.  Also in Canon menu (wrench) set Record func. to Standard.
