[EOS-M] In photo mode, use the movie record button as back button autofocus.

As in, in photo mode, you can switch the camera to MF mode, and have the movie record button function to trigger autofocus (as in half-shutter).

Rec doesn't generate a keypress in photo mode, thats why raw has to use menu for recording.
