can ML corrupt a cf card?

since i installed ML on my 5d MKiii i got 2 card corrupted, 1 is transcend 32g and the other is Lexar 32g 1000x.

is it possible? what can i do for that wont happen again?

Get a good cardreader (ask other people), and do not cut and paste (or delete files without formatting afterwards),just copy and then format in camera.

but i have sandisk card reader and i never delete from the computer i always copy and then format from the camera.

i dont know why 2 cf cards get me error 02 which is that the camera cannot access the cf card. "the card cannot be accessed"

strange.

anyone else has a suggestion?

Ideally it should be a UDMA7 card reader, not sure how old your SanDisc reader is but it may be from before UDMA7 (if it is not USB 3.0 it most likely is...)
