how is your workflow when adding effects to raw material with after effect.?

hello!

i wonder if someone works with premiere + after effects and resolve?

when i cut raw converted cdng or dng material in premiere i normally work with proxies which are created in resolve - the problem which i have is: when i make a after effects composition and add some solids i only change the proxy and the original material stays untouchted..

so i wonder how it is possible to work with premiere and after effects and resolve when using after effects for adding effects like particels and stuff and afterwards resolve for grading?
is it possible to render out a cinemadng raw sequence with after effects?
