I have been trying to figure this out for the past few hours and I cannot seem to get RAW video capabilities working on my Canon T2i (550D)

All I want to do is to be able to shoot RAW video at ATLEAST 1280x720 @ 24fps - 29.97fps.
I know in order to do so, you need a SD card that can write up to atleast 45MB/s

So I purchased a class 10, 64GB SDXC with a write speed of 45MB/s UHS-1 for my Canon T2i (550D).
http://www.microcenter.com/product/400016/Extreme_Pro_64GB_Secure_Digital_Extended_Capacity_-_Ultra_High_Speed_%28SDXC_-_UHS-I%29_Flash_Media_Card_SDSDXPA-064G-A7?gclid=CITDiOWSnLoCFYuk4Aodv1IA0w

I don't believe I am doing something correct with the firmware and RAW install.
Currently I have Firmware Ver. 1.0.9-ml-v2.3.NEXT installed on my camera

Will someone PLEASE help me out, I need this ASAP!

Even better if someone could login to skype and give me a live tutorial
skype ID is itzchriiis

Thank you in Advance

It's give a good explanation.

Your card is good, surely enough speed for RAW on 550D.
The result, if we compare with H264 is noticeable.
The workflow is not easy but with so many choice of utility (Rawanizer, Son of Batch, Batchelor, Raw Magic, etc) give a lots of possibility, in Windows, Mac or Linux.
Many article in forum of Magic Lantern also. Take your time to read  ;)

Okay Followed all the steps in the video and I'm now able to record RAW but I cannot seem to write speeds faster than 19MB/s
Is this just me? or is it the camera or the software?

It's the camera. I have a t2i as well and the limit is 19 mb/s :/
If you are serious about RAW video a  50d would be an awesome camera because of its price and RAW capabilities.
Good footage doesn't make a story any better.

With the 550D 960x540 is the maximum resolution at 24 fps.

You could uprez your footage by 133% to get 720p.
I know this will reduce the sharpening but the results won't be worser than Canon h264.
And still have the advantage of 14bit over 8 bit and your using the sharper middlepart of your lens anyway  ;)
