ISO and Shutter not working

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post so let me begin by saying that ML is amazing and I love it!

I have been using it on a t1i for a few months and it has been working great. But last night I was using it and I suddenly got some type of crash warning message and now my ISO and shutter settings dont work. I can set the white balance. When I adjust ISO and shutter speed the numbers change as if it is changing the settings but there is actually no effect. Any suggestions?

Update for others who might encounter the same problem: I ran the debugger and the problem is solved ML back to working as it should again.
