HDR Bracketing Problem - Same shots

For some reason, whenever I try using the HDR bracketing feature, all 3 or 5 or whatever number of photos I've selected, are all the same with no noticeable differences, instead of being underexposed, normal and overexposed.  I have my EV set on 2, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong (although of course there probably is).  Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?  Thanks!
