16bit or 8bit workflow in after effects

When i import dng sequence ( raw video) from camera raw plugin into after effects , I can't see difference between 16bit workflow or 8bit.. I changed color manager from non to any other working spaces but still not happened.

You won't see any difference because your monitor is still 8bit.
But if you stretch contrast, change brightness, change colour, you should get better results with 16 bit.

Whats best work space for raw workflow in after effects?

If you are working with luts these can vary when choosing different bitdepth. I usually go with 16bit in ACR and 16 bit in AE project settings.
