What can I do to prevent defective frames.
It makes me almost not fun to shoot with RAW,
if I have broken every 5-10 seconds 1-2 frames.

My settings on my 600d

Global draw: off
Canon video mode: 640x480 @ 25
Override FPS: 23.976
RAW 960x408

You seem to be doing everything right. Try loading the module by itself.

Hello again,
the very reassured me.
Thank you I needed that .... :-)

Currently I have a go raw2cdng,
I am of the opinion that it is not so much broken frames in the preview on the camera.
Even no - mostly ...

So I have not given up - sometimes you put firmly .....

Yes, I think it is the 7d.
But I'll wait the development of ML from another!

If you really want to shoot raw but don't want to spend, I would seriously consider offloading the 600d and getting a 50d while there is still some value left in it. I'm saying that as a 50D and 600D owner. I haven't touched the 600 since getting the 50, even for stills.

TL2.0 is a different build than the nightlies, might have more luck with that.

Every time my 1280x512 recording stops after 18 seconds, I die a little inside  :'(

Oh yeah, how's that Dual Iso raw video workin' out for ya?   ;)

Well 50D for video, 600D for stills/audio. Actually a pretty good pair, the stills coming out of the 50D were meh, but at least you get 1/8k shutter. What else can you buy that cheap? 50D iso performance is still better than a camcorder.

i left my 600D for a 5D3. Trust me is the best choice of my all life; lol
