How long is the raw video that I filmed in Magic Lantern?
Knowing that I have is the Memory Card lexar 1000x 64gb

I only have a 16gb card, shooting the standard size (1584x592 aprox) I have like 4 1/2 minutes of footage when the card is full... So you'll have like 18 mins of footage in your 64 gb card (aprox)

To answer your question, about 12 minutes depending on the resolution you're using.

I use Toshiba 1066x 64GB cards. 5D3, 1920x1080. When raw file size reaches 43GB buffers start overflow and recording rate goes down. When raw file size reaches 47GB drop frame takes place and recording stops (Frame skipping -off in ML). Is it normal?

14-16mins, but your camera is probably getting overheated first.

I do not think so. If I stop recording at 43GB and immediately start next one, it does until the end of the card (64GB card). For 64GB it should be about 12mins.
