The blur in the flower don't know... but the "clipping" i think is because of the lower MB/s of your card. In the 7D thread they talk about that.

Turn off GD while recording.

Also you have to choose the setting, "stop at skipped frames" (or something like that). As you can see in that video he just makes very short "videos".
