5D Mark III slow motion video using RAW video principles

The RAW video capabilities that you brought to the 5D MIII are incredible. It is basically creating a sequence of RAW stills in a file. Is it perhaps possible to use the same technique to create a sequence of JPEG stills at a high frame rate. Say 120fps? Thanks
