I realized "3 Minutes dans mon jardin" to test the capabilities of the video mode RAW 3X Magic Lantern in macro shooting. The macro picture and the occurrence of macro video requires many shots. Insects are so fine with a number of important details and amazing textures, rendered all of which are essential.

From a technical point of view, I used:

- 5D Mark III with Magic Lantern nightly build of August 6, 2013
- Canon 85mm 1.8 USM
- Extension rings and Canon EF25II EF12II
- Field Monitor Lilliput 7 "IPS 663/O/P Peaking Focus
- Lighting Portable LED 108 shots
- Manfrotto tripod

I turned 1920x818 ratio 2.35 221 plans due to the very shallow depth of field in macro and insect behavior there are quite a few missed. Concernat weight is 200 files it go rush in RAW so the final 100 go file a derushé ProRes 4444 and rose.

Regarding the workflow, I "developed" RAW with DaVinci Resolve 9.1.5 by simply converting to ProRes 4444 without specific corrections, simply by their affecting a BMC therefore made a kind LOG profile. Installation and calibration was carried out under Final Cut Pro X 10.0.9. During assembly I realized that certain plans were under or over exposed, but the capacity of RAW and ProRes 4444 did not prevent me to use the ones I wanted.

I met some bugs with 3X fashion frames Bugee in a number of plans, but it is only a frame from time to time. Turning a bit more off this little bug is not largely offset quality made and benefits 3X Magic Lantern mode.

In conclusion this mode 3X RAW video is a real success and a major advance!

Congratulations to the team of Magic Lantern for their superb work!
