60D. Video mode on "Tv"or "P". It's real?

Hi everyone!
Old version ML can set video mode on "Tv"or "P"
But last version haven't this.

Can we get this opportunity?

and it would be great if the recording mode in the raw was on the "Av"

600D OK, 550D probably OK

60D, DigicV = issues.
