NEED HELP! My cam don't want to turn on...

Hi,
I've got some big problem because after installation my cam (5D Mk II / firmware ver. 2.1.2) don't want to turn on.
This is how I did everything with installation step by step.
1. Charged battery and format card
2. Copy ML to the card
3. Inserted card and begin the installation
4. After I've seen the green screen and red that I can restart the camera, I've switched it off, took out battery for several seconds and turned it on again. It was working but I couldn't format card from camera after installation, so I've switched cam off, opened card spot, waited few seconds to blink red, and then I removed the card and deleted files on the computer.
5. After inserting card back again, camera did not wanted to turn on at all.

While installation I had camera set on M mode.

Is there anyone who can help me with that problem ? :/

If you make cam and card bootable (and that seems to be the case) and just delete the ML files from the card you will see this happen. Has to: Cam looks for bootable card but doesn't find the files -> Stuck.
Format the card in your PC, then format in cam.
