Delay when waking after pressing the shutter button?

Hello everyone,

I just installed ML on my 5d2.  I just noticed that
when the camera auto shuts off and I press the
shutter button it takes about 2-3 seconds for it
to turn back on.

Does anyone know why this might be?  I have
disabled the MLU setting but it did not do anything
to help.
