questions about Transcend Information 128GB Compact flash Card - TS128GCF1000

I bought this card http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009S61AFQ/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for raw video in 5d Mark III. As suggested in http://www.amazon.com/review/R30PLZ4AKGMFA6/ref=cm_cr_dp_title?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B009S61AFQ&nodeID=541966&store=pc , I used AutoFormat util from Transcend support website to do low level format but it always stucks at 19.82% (I returned and got a new card, same thing happens, it stucks at exactly 19.82% again).

I then asked http://www.amazon.com/AutoFormat-Transcend-doesnt-always-19-82/forum/Fx8H2KT8KAUWM0/Tx2648KLTHKB5DL/1/ref=cm_cd_dp_al_cq?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B009S61AFQ and one guy said I had to format in the camera. Also, he mentioned that this card is SDXC which is not correct. I did format in the camera though, it succeeded but it wasn't low level format and low level format failed before when the card was attached to computer so I'm afraid it may cause issue if I just do quick format on camera.

How should I properly format this card?

Mine is  too stucked at 19,82%

Then formatted with Windows + cardreader
