Filename Option

Hi all
I currently shoot in Adobe RGB with my Canon 550D. I currently tend to switch back to sRGB, but that will cause the filenames to be img_0000.jpg instead of _mg_0000.jpg.
Is there a way to retain the underscore in front of the mg?
