Yes, but it would be tons of fun to do in camera.

It won't be implemented for the same reason in camera HDR won't be.
At the same time however, much like they have playback exposure simulation,
one may be able to get a playback double exposure simulation going.
Where you choose the two photos to stack to see how it would look.
