5D mkii - Compact Flash for RAW

Hello,
I want to buy my first 1000x CF card today and im wondering what to go for, i have the choice of:

Transcend 16GB 1000x - £44.88
KOMPUTERBAY 64GB COMPACT FLASH CARD CF professional 1000X - £96
Komputerbay 32GB Professional 1000x CF COMPACT FLASH CARD - £55
Lexar Professional 16GB 1000x - £60

Im unsure what to buy, iv read good things about komputerbay but iv also read the same amount of negative, im more bothered about it keeping the write speed than the amount of GB it has.

i currently have a Sandisk 16gb 600x and i can continuos shoot all apart from 1600 and above.

hope someone can help

UPDATE: Got advised to buy a Transcend 32gb 1000x as there read and writes are best he's tested, £75 inc PnP not too bad
