Aputure V-control and Magic Lantern

Has anyone experienced this combo? I am thinking to get one so to use it in conjunction with the DJI Ronin and a field monitor.. Any suggestion, ideas? Thanks!

Ideally what i would like to do is connect the v control through the usb port of the 5D3 and use a field monitor through the HDMI. while everything mounted on a DJI ronin.

I actually bought the V-control and decided against it during testing. It's slow to respond and has a weird way of controlling the sensitivity of the dial. I would not recommend it unless you simply can't afford to do something like the Ikan PD1 wireless follow focus which is what I found to be the next best option during my research.
