File_Manager really exists?

Hi,

In order to see the footage recorded in my Canon 50 D camera (model 2008), I was told that I need to access to the following functionalities:

File_Manager
Raw_module
Raw_rec
Unified_builds

I was looking under Debug menu (and the rest of the menus), however I cannot see them! =(

Can somebody explain me how can I access to them (path) or how to make such features "visible"? I have the ML 2.3 version installed.
