What is VRAM0.422?

After installing 10th June Beta Raw release i noticed when looking on my Compact Flash card a file called VRAM0.422 as been placed on there, safe to delete or is this important?

That's from taking a screenshot in Magic Lantern.

VRAM0.BMP is the capture of the ML overlays, and VRAM0.422 is the corresponding capture of the liveview image.
