Not sure how impossible this is but I work in a world of many cameras running simultaneously, and hoping that it will be possible to generate timecode somehow when pumping out the .raw files. Thanks again for you all your help and work.

I just wrote a tutorial on my blog for how to add timecode to your videos after you've converted them from raw.

http://punkoryan.com/2013/07/04/how-to-add-timecode-to-raw-video-from-canon-5d-mark-iii-with-magic-lantern-hack

There is a link at the bottom with an Applescript for matching the file creation dates of your .mov file with the original .RAW file.
I used an example from https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4210192?start=15&tstart=0 to make it.

Once you have given your converted .mov file the correct original creation date, you can add timecode using http://www.videotoolshed.com/product/42/qtchange

Enjoy!

You can also just do this in Resolve...  if you set the TC to the TC on your smart slate, it will automatically sync your audio files to your video files on output.

@AnotherDave

That's a fantastic feature with the audio syncing!

How is this done exactly? I ended up following Ryan's as all prores files were created and didn't want to re-render... but it would be good to know.
Thanks,
