problems with 6d and bulb ramping

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I have ML on my t2i and bulb ramping works great. But on my 6D it doesn't work properly. I will set my correct exposure in M mode and then set the bulb ramping and intervolameter. When it starts up it takes the exposures  at 1" and does not ramp. Could someone please help me with this issue.

For Bulb Ramping your camera needs to be in Bulb (B) mode.

I have Canon 6d. I set it in bulb mode but I don' t see Bulb ramping tool
