600d - lack of 'LV display' on Expo tab

Hi

While reading User Guide I found that on 'Expo' tab in ML should be function called 'LV display' which allows to disable/enable exposure simulation. That would be great feature while working with M-mode and flash, but I cannot find it in ML on my 600d.

Could someone tell me if it's a bug or 600d doesn't allow such function?
