[WONTFIX] More complex file naming?

Is it possible to get the file naming to be more complex, and for the system to display the name of the last file recorded on screen?

Right now, the file naming is coming out as M30_1923.RAW.  Could it be more detailed?  I'd prefer something like JRR_05302013_1923.RAW (JRR - camera name/op initials).  Could we do that?

If it could display the name of the last .RAW file recorded on the screen, that would be invaluable for an assistant to log the footage during a shoot.

LFN doesn't work on most cameras; where it works, it causes trouble. I'll stick with 8.3.
