Silent pictures on 500D framing/color random effect

Hi !

First of all i'd like to thank ML team and supporters!

But, I have an issue with timelaspes running ML 2.3 on my 500D . . .
Intervalometer works well, but trying to save some shutter using silent pictures give me some troubles.

The question regards timelapses with silent pictures...
In LV mode (P, M, Av and Tv, the problem persists), just silent picture and intervalometer activated ( simple mode, one photo every 1s ), the .422 images looks sometimes (about 2 in a 10 sequence) with color and/or framing strange effects!
The AF is set to quick or even to Live but the results are the same..Trying changing some parameters such as the quality or aperture and shutter speed, ISO, zoom and set AF to MF .. nothing change. I use a sandisk ultra 16Gb (30mb/s)..

maybe this is not a real problem but due to my camera potentiality..?

Now I do not use .422
500D supports raw silent picture .dng

The raw silent pic pictures also have a problem with artifacts. When running Intervalometer.

I just looked around and read in posts and so on for taking silent pics in raw .dng as you do..
